New individual and group coaching are being offered for ministers designed specifically for your needs.
Leadership Coaching is available for individuals and groups. This coaching provides a detailed look at your work personality through the Workplace Big Five assessment and how your personality affects your leadership. Coaching will provide a specialized look at maximizing your natural gifts while creating systems and support for the areas that do not come as naturally, and will guide you to answer questions about your future in your current role and/or how to plan for other opportunities. Coaching will help you develop a specialized plan for your growth as a leader.
Individual Coaching includes six one hour coaching sessions and the Workplace Big Five assessment for $810.00. (Before packaged discount actual value is $1200). Coaching would begin and continue based on the clients’ schedule.
Group Coaching includes six sixty minutes sessions and the Workplace Big Five assessment for $630.00. Once registered, you will be paired with a group of other individuals and a weekly meeting time based on those registered. Group coaching would begin around the week of July 17.
Next Steps Coaching is available for individuals and groups. Ministers are leading through unprecedented changes and needs in our congregations and beyond. This coaching will support your leadership as you navigate the changes in your congregation, including knowing what are the next steps while remaining focused on the big picture of your leadership. This coaching will help you clarify the most important needs of your congregation and how to lead them through them.

This packaged coaching will be offered by Rev. Dr. Charity Roberson who is an ICF certified coach with fifteen years of coaching experience. Charity has over twenty years of ministry experience, is certified in Workplace Big Five, works as a consultant with The Center for Congregational Health and trains other coaches through Summit Coach Training.
