We know that the pandemic’s impact has been felt far and wide and we want to understand more about its impact on your congregation now, and in the future post-pandemic era. We need your wisdom, experience and insight in order to determine how best to meet the needs of congregations emerging into this new, changed landscape of life and ministry, which is why we have created a Thriving During Times of Challenge survey. We need input from both clergy and laity, so anyone can take the survey.
The mission of the Center for Congregational Health is to help faith communities and their leaders thrive. With assistance from a grant through the Lilly Endowment Inc., the Center is preparing new educational, consulting and coaching resources to help us accomplish this mission.
