The first and last sessions will be two hours. All other weekly sessions will be 90 minutes. (Module One or prior coach training required.)
Using the ICF Core Competencies, participants will learn how to use the coach approach in their lives and ministries and develop a coaching mindset. Topics will include coaching based on values; the neuroscience of coaching; and the faith component in coaching. Practice and feedback will further develop coaching skills. (16 hours) Fee: $650. A deposit of $150 holds your spot. Remainder can be paid monthly.
