The first and last sessions will be two hours. All other weekly sessions will be 90 minutes. Before signing up for this training, one must have completed at least 30 hours of coach training.
This class applies coaching skills to working with groups and teams. The participant’s own role as group or team leader will guide the application of the ICF* Core Competencies and ICF* Team Coaching Competencies. Resources for the class are The Coaching Leader: Coaching Groups and Teams available as a digital download from Pinnacle Leadership Press and the ICF* Team Coaching Competencies. (16 hours) Fee: $650. A deposit of $150 holds your spot. Remainder can be paid monthly.
