Interim Ministry 1 – the Work of the Interim Minister is a three-day course that not only focuses specifically on the work of the interim minister and assessment tools to enhance the work, but also provides a time for discerning God’s call to interim ministry. This introductory course prepares ministers to serve during the transition time between installed pastors, and is also preparatory for Interim Ministry 2.
The class will meet in the Theater and Fellowship Hall of St. John Evangelical United Church of Christ, 307 W. Clay Street, Collinsville, IL 62234 (about 18 miles northeast of St. Louis, MO). The start time is 10:00 AM CST on 2/20/19. The course will conclude by 4:00 PM CST on 2/22/19.
Certificates of completion for the course will be issued by the Center for Congregational Health.
