We are excited to announce our next webinar in our conflict series. Anatomy of a Conflict, Part 2: Addressing Needs, Without Demanding Agreement. "This time conflict gets personal, actually interpersonal. In this webinar you will learn skills to help address conflict between individuals. You will learn skills to identify ways to respond to conflict, develop boundaries, and a path to create greater understanding and wholeness in your relationships."

Would you like to speak with a consultant or coach?
We are living in unprecedented times that are creating new challenges for clergy and faith leaders. Because of these times, we are offering an opportunity to have a conversation with one of our exceptional consultants.

With the generous support of the Lilly Endowment Inc., the Center is now able to offer a free, 45-minute support session with one of our trained ministry consultants or coaches. You may sign up for an individual session, one-on-one, with your entire staff, and/or bring a group of lay leaders to the virtual meeting. The focus of the session is entirely up to you—whether you need help addressing specific COVID-19 related challenges or more general ministry concerns or issues. After the initiation conversation, if you wish to have additional sessions we will work with you and your congregation's financial situation to explore the paths forward.

Sessions are currently available on Thursdays between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, utilizing web-based video conferencing. After signing up for a specific date and time, you will be sent a link to the session. If for some reason you cannot attend at the time you have reserved, please email us and cancel the session as early as possible.
