    Coach Training: Using Assessments and Understanding Communication and Leadership Styles in Coaching

    Coaching is about empowering the other person or group and enabling them to discover and fulfill their goals and dreams. Coaching is committed to helping others become self-fulfilled in their work and their lives.  It is leading others to discover their fullest potential.  This module addresses the incorporation and use of a wide variety of assessment tools when coaching.  It also include a review of, and connection to, ICF Core Competencies.

    Date: Thursday, May 7, 2020 (beginning at 8:00 AM Eastern Time) - Friday, May 8, 2020 (ending at 5:00 PM)

    Location: Center for Congregational Health, 1920 Queen Street, Winston-Salem, NC

    Total Cost: $575 (includes tuition, materials, lunch and snacks)
