  This workshop discusses a new church start approach that joins church families together.  Dirk Elliot (Detroit Conference UMC) will describe a successful model of merging congregations that results in healthy, growing, new church starts.  Dirk's book, "Vital Merger - A New Church Start Approach that Joins Church Families Together" will be available for purchase at the event.
