I am delighted to announce that Rev. Elizabeth (Beth) Kennett has been selected as the new Director of the Center for Congregational Health. Beth will officially move into her new position on July 13, 2025.
Beth has been a part of the Center staff for 20 years and brings a wealth of experience and expertise that will benefit both the Center and the FaithHealth division. She has a proven, national track record of leadership in working with faith communities, and her comprehensive understanding of congregational dynamics is unparalleled. She is a skilled congregational consultant, Intentional Interim Minister, and International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach.
Throughout her career, Beth has demonstrated a deep commitment to fostering community and improving congregational health and well-being. Her previous roles have equipped her with the skills to spearhead the Center’s current and new initiatives that will promote sustainable practices and thriving within congregations. Her innovative approach and dedication to building strong relational networks is a hallmark of her leadership style.
I am confident that Beth’s vision and leadership will help us continue to advance our mission of supporting congregational health and enhancing the well-being of the communities we serve throughout the Advocate system.
