Staff and Leadership Development
Do you need fresh material and outside perspective for helping your staff or leadership teams to work together more effectively? We offer services for your yearly retreats or regular meetings. We can facilitate your teams to plan for the next year or have intentional conversations about the future of your congregation.
Full time center staff are also certified in Paradigm Personality (Workplace Big Five) personality assessments and IEQ9, an enneagram assessment. We also have consultants who are certified in other resources. We find these give common language for a team to use with one another, help to understand the assets and weaknesses your team has, and help each member know how to thrive in their own roles.
State of the Church Presentations
Our work is grounded in the latest research about congregations and cultural trends affecting them. We have presentations that can help share the current realities, challenges and possibilities of congregations for students, leaders, and even for your own congregation. While we know that many ministers are aware of the changes happening in congregational culture, most people in the pew are not. It is helpful to see what the congregation is experiencing in numbers that are reflected beyond just themselves. And it allows for decisions to be made from facts rather than a pining for a time in the past.
Coaching
Not only are full time staff certified coaches with the International Coaching Federation but we have a team of coaches that are ready to provide support, offer space and help you discern. Coaching gives clients the opportunity to slow down and process. It gives the client space to determine what are the most important next steps while also giving space to dream about the big picture. Whether you, or another leader, need to focus on the forest or the individual trees, coaching can be invaluable. So much of what ministry leaders do is for other people and coaching ensures that, at least in your sessions, you have someone in it with you that provides space just for you.
