What is going on? I have a theory, it is October! People are getting settled into a routine after the chaos of summer, and they are still pulled in too many directions; congregations are doing budget planning, recruiting volunteers, and everyone is tired. Our staff will discuss some options for addressing, moving through and managing conflict in your congregation. |
