  MODULE THREE A: COACHING FOR LEADERSHIP

  5:00 - 7:00 pm (ET)virtual

  Tuesdays, 5 pm - 7 pm (ET), January 18 - March 22

  The first and last sessions will be two hours. All other weekly sessions will be 90 minutes. Before signing up for this training, one must have completed at least 30 hours of coach training.

  Using Helping People Change (available from Amazon and other online vendors) as a resource and applying ICF* core competencies, participants will learn a process of coaching leaders to create and pursue a plan for intentional change. Practice and feedback will further develop coaching skills. (16 hours) Fee: $650. A deposit of $150 holds your spot. Remainder can be paid monthly.
